Olexandr Lavrynovych: "There are Legal Grounds for Adoption of the Resolution concerning Early Termination of Authorities of The Verkhovna Rada"

"There are legal grounds for adoption of the resolution concerning early termination of authorities of The Verkhovna Rada", - stated Olexandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in his interview for the magazine "Hlavred".

However, pursuant to the Constitution, the authorities of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine and The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are terminated on the day when the first plenary meeting of a newly-elected parliament is opened.
